The JH Top Entry Ball Valve is engineered for high-integrity service in cryogenic and liquefied gas systems. Designed in accordance with API 6D, BS 6364, MESC SPE 77/200, and GB/T 24925, this valve supports sizes from ½″ to 48″ (DN15–DN1200) and pressure ratings from Class 150 to 2500 (PN16 to PN420).
Its top-entry design allows for in-line maintenance and inspection without removing the valve from the pipeline, reducing operational downtime. The extended bonnet ensures thermal isolation and reliable stem sealing under cryogenic conditions, while the drip plate minimizes frost accumulation.
This valve incorporates a DIB-2 seat design with double piston effect on the downstream side and self-relieving upstream pressure, ensuring tight shutoff and pressure relief. The anti-blowout stem with graphite + lip-type seal packing offers enhanced sealing performance and safety even at extreme temperatures.
With full fire-safe and anti-static construction, the valve is suited for use in LNG terminals, LPG plants, air separation units, and cryogenic storage and transportation systems, handling media such as liquid oxygen, hydrogen, LNG, and liquefied petroleum products at temperatures below –40 °C.
