YTC YT-1000 RDn132S00 Smart Valve Positioner – 4–20 mA Input

The YT-1000 RDn132S00 Smart Valve Positioner, manufactured by Young Tech Co., Ltd. (YTC) in Korea, is designed for precise control of rotary actuators in process automation systems. It accepts a standard 4–20 mA DC control signal with an input impedance of 250 ±15 ohms and operates in ambient temperatures from -20°C to +70°C. This positioner offers excellent performance characteristics, including ±1% linearity (single acting), ±1% hysteresis, ±0.2% sensitivity, and ±0.5% repeatability. It includes a rotary dial scale for local position indication (0–100%) and is suited for use in hazardous areas (Zone 1 and Zone 2), with explosion protection ratings suitable for gas groups IIB and IIC, and temperature classes T5 and T6. The device supports a supply pressure range of 0.14 to 0.7 MPa (20–102 psi), consuming approximately 2.5 LPM at 0.14 MPa, and delivering up to 80 LPM flow capacity. With certifications from ATEX, IECEx, FM, CSA, NEPSI, KCs, PESO, and UKEX, and SIL 2 compliance per IEC 61508, this unit is ideal for safety-critical applications.
