The BT-FITTINGS-150 series consists of high-quality threaded fittings engineered for use in low-pressure piping systems up to 150psi. These fittings are produced through precision investment casting, offering superior dimensional accuracy, consistency, and durability. Ideal for residential, commercial, and light industrial applications, these components allow for easy, weld-free assembly and maintenance.
Available in a full range of sizes from 1/8" to 4", BT-FITTINGS-150 fittings accommodate varied system configurations. The line includes 90° and 45° elbows for directional flow adjustments, tees and crosses for branching pipes, and street elbows with male-to-female threads for compact directional transitions.
Additional fitting types include hexagonal and round caps, plugs, and bushes for sealing applications; nuts and machined couplings for joining and extending piping runs; and a wide variety of nipples such as hose, welding, and barrel nipples for system versatility. Threaded ends are machined to ensure tight, secure, and leak-resistant connections.
